The automotive industry is only one of the most rewarding sectors for the application of special-purpose machines. Cars are becoming increasingly complicated mechanisms whose current design cannot do without sophisticated mechanical elements and complete electrical equipment, including control electronics, powerful cooling aggregates and pyroelectrical components.

We accept this challenge by offering solutions with different levels of complexity, especially for car assembly works (i.e. assembling and checking specified elements). Thus, you can find in this production category both simple support equipment and carousels for more complex electromechanical sub-assemblies, as well as complex assembly lines designed for assembling whole sets (e.g. wiper blades, injectors and air conditioning units).

Devices for the automotive industry are subject to very high demand for reliability and inspection of the final production. Therefore, in our machines we use top systems for eliminating errors in input item references or avoiding incorrect assembly of them (Poka-Yoke). In the course of assembly, the sub-assemblies are checked several times for correct dimensions and the presence of all required elements; the presence of camera and control systems in the machines then fully eliminates random mixing of incompatible sub-assemblies.
