Furniture industry machines

Furniture of Czech provenance is in great demand not only in the Czech Republic; it has also become a desired export article by foreign markets. Furniture production, therefore, has attained a relatively specific position in domestic industrial output, and Komfi wants to participate in its increase.

For several years now, we have been helping our furniture makers automate production and assembly processes, especially stressing the elimination of dimensional instability, which is quite undesirable in half-finished furniture products. Our solutions are always designed for long-term and faultless operation taking into account the environment and performance of machine operations.

Usually, these machines perform simple operations, such as riveting, pressing and sheet cold pressing and others. For the handling and pre-processing of components to be used in final assembly, we use vibration feeding technologies of renowned Czech and world brands. PLC-based automatic units control the respective technologies by supervising the production process and the production quality through final inspection stations. The inspection verifies the correctness of components used as well as their functionality through the possibility of measuring and evaluating the functional dimensions of the assemblies.
