Robotics modular machines

Effectiveness and productivity – two major preconditions for success not only in industrial production. In large-scale production businesses, automation and robotics are quite essential. The inclusion of robots into the Komfi modular machines has been a standard procedure for several years now and, as we well realize the importance of robotic branches for the manufacturing industry, we want to create a separate section for this scientific and technical discipline in our production programme.

Our customer – the end user – is our major concern in designing our machines. What we stress is the customer's flexibility because entrusting the technology with basic operations by no means decreases the importance of the human factor (control, attendance). As a matter of course, increasing the effectiveness of the entire production process is the ulterior objective and the essence of our effort. For this purpose, we use robots of world renowned brands such as Fanuc, Kuka, and linear units of Festo and SMC on a long-term basis.

In addition to robots built-in special-purpose Komfi machines, we further focus also on designing robots as a partial replacement for human operators on manually controlled devices.
