Service and Warranty
The regular warranty period for our products (if not otherwise agreed in the contract) is 12 months from the day of the products' acceptance into operation. We provide both warranty and post-warranty servicing for our products either directly here (in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic), or abroad via our network of authorised dealers entitled to service Komfi machines.
Go to "Dealer network" the list of Komfi authorised partners. Each of our foreign partner technicians who have passed the Komfi training can prove such by presenting the certificate shown below:
